Samuel Caywood

Owner and President

Sam has more than thirteen years of experience in project management methodologies, project controls processes and project scheduling functions. He has performed project scheduling, consulting, and controls in the Construction, Oil & Gas, and Nuclear Power Industries. Sam is a certified trainer in P6 and has instructed courses for Primavera Planner/Scheduler (P6), Primavera Project Planner (P3), and SureTrak. He has had hands-on experience in project schedule and field coordination as well as performed as a construction laborer. Sam has a Primavera Implementation certification for P6 and was part of a team at BP to integrate P6 with their cost accounting system. To further his career development, Sam has a Master’s in Construction Management, has completed a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, and is working toward a Risk Management Professional (RMP) Certification.

Nick Janney

Project Controls

Nick has more than eight years of experience in project management methodologies, project controls processes, and project scheduling functions. He has performed project management, scheduling, and controls in the Construction, Oil & Gas, and Nuclear Power Industries. Nick has performed work as a project manager of the Cleveland area where he managed a team of resources and planned and scheduled their work. He also coordinated with client operations on a daily basis in order to meet deadlines and stay within budget. Nick has hands-on experience in project scheduling and field coordination and performed work as a field technician. Nick also has experience in surveying, estimating, quality control, inspections, and contract negotiations. To further his career development, Nick is working toward a certification from Oracle University to become a certified P6 Instructor.
